The “fiddle leaf fig” as it is called due to the shape of its leaves (lyrata >lyre>fiddle) is a beauty to some and a monster to others. It’s a matter of taste. We like them a lot.

Easy to maintain, they like to dry out a little between watering. When happy they will grow huge but can be easily controlled with judicious pruning
